Grading
Elementary related arts teachers use standards based grading for all students.
Teachers use checklists, observations, and rubrics to
determine if the student has MET the standards taught during the 9 weeks, or if the student is still PROGRESSING towards meeting the standards.
The teacher will enter M (MET) or
P (PROGRESSING) for the student
at the end of each 9 weeks.
