Hello! My name is Alex McCain, and this will be my first year teaching. I am a 2022 graduate of Woodmont, and I am ecstatic to teach at my alma mater.

I graduated from Anderson University in May of 2026. In addition to teaching, I also coach girls soccer at Woodmont High School. Athletics have taught me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, leadership, and discipline. These are the same qualities I encourage in my classroom every day.

Outside of school, I enjoy sports, spending time with family and friends, serving in my church, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves & Clemson Tigers.

I look forward to partnering with students and families to make this a successful and exciting school year. Welcome to our class!
