2026-27 School Year Information

Welcome! I am Dr. Anne Kelsey-Zibert, and in the classroom I go by Dr. Zibert (pronounced 'ZEE-bert'). Please use the links provided to learn more about your course. 

State-Required End-of-Course Exam: U.S History & the Constitution has an End-of-Course Exam (EOC) which counts for 20% of your final grade in the course. EOC Dates for Fall 2026 are TBD. Please note: Students who earn a 59 or lower on the EOC will be required to take the regular course exam during the scheduled exam time. This exam will count as a major grade on Q2.

Extra Help/Office Hours: I am available mornings from 8:10-8:35 for extra help. Please email me or speak with me in person to receive a Smartpass to come for extra help any morning.

Supplies needed for U.S. History & World History (2026-27):

• 3-Ring Binder - 1 inch is best, but a different size is fine too. The binder can be shared with other class as long as dividers are used. The binder does not have to be new. Please note, students will not be able to substitute a folder for a binder for this class. We will have papers to be added to our binder daily, and it is essential that they be kept organized in a binder.

• Composition Notebook

• Charged Chromebook **students should charge Chromebook at home**

• Pens or Pencils

• Highlighter

• Paper agenda book OR digital calendar for managing deadlines/assignments
