Hello! My name is Haley Adams. I am so happy to be apart of such a great school community at AJ Whittenberg. I love kindergarten and am so happy to be your child's K5 teacher! I graduated from USC Upstate with a degree in Corporate Fitness and worked in the health and wellness industry for 8 years. I decided to make a career change and become a teacher! This is my 9th year teaching and I absolutely love it. I have a wonderful family that I love to travel and enjoy life with. I am still very active in the health and wellness world and love to run and workout. I am so excited to watch your child grow as learners!

Hello! My name is Vicki Poole. I am so happy to be apart of the AJ Whittenberg family. I have been teaching pre-school for the past 19 years. I have been married for 24 years to my wonderful husband David. We have one son, Taylor, who is attending the College of Charleston. We also have a sweet pup named Dumplin who rules the roost! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going to the beach as much as possible. I am so excited for a great year!

My name is Mrs. Zimmerman (Mrs. Z). I was born and raised in Greenville, SC. I graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. My husband and I have been married for six wonderful years and have some precious pets! We have two dogs: Cowboy and Bandit. We also have chickens! This will be my 12th year of teaching kindergarten. When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, crafting, biking, and camping!
My name is Mrs. Patton! I grew up in Spartanburg, SC. I am married to Garry Patton and I have 3 children. Their names are: Maggie, Annie, and Walter. When I am not teaching I enjoy reading, gardening, biking, and walking my dog Bradley.

My name is Ms. McConnell! I grew up in Pickens, SC. This will be my 7th year teaching Kindergarten at AJW! I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Winthrop University and recently got a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from WGU. When not at school, I love to spend time with my family and friends, workout, and helping take care of my two poodle puppies, Johnny and Charlie! I cannot wait to meet our new students and work together to help them grow throughout this school year!
Hi! I'm Amy Durdon and a native from Maryland. I graduated from the University of Maryland and have been teaching for 38 years. Three of the years have been here at AJ in 2nd and 4th grades. I'm very excited to be working in kindergarten this year. In my spare time I love to swim, teach fitness classes and cook.
