My name is Cameron Johnson, and I am so excited for another year in second grade at AJW! I grew up in Lugoff, South Carolina and moved to Greenville to attend college. I graduated from Furman University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and recently earned a master's degree in Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. I joined A.J. in 2022, and I have taught second and third grade.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to teach students and to learn so much from them. I believe that all students should be loved and respected in the classroom and that learning should be engaging, collaborative, and a good time. I am looking forward to working with an amazing group of engineers this school year! 

In my free time, I enjoy reading all kinds of books and playing board and card games (I recommend Nerts) with my friends and family. I also have fun crafting, running on the Swamp Rabbit trail, and going to see movies at the theater. I can't wait to have a great school year together!
