About the Teacher Bio

My name is Coach Haudricourt, I was born in Buffalo, NY but raised here in Mauldin. I graduated from Mauldin High School. This school year I will be teaching Human Geography. I am also the Head Coach for the Varsity Men's Lacrosse team at Mauldin. 

This is my sixth year teaching and coaching at Mauldin High School.

 I was apart of the class of 2014 at MHS, was captain of the Lacrosse team and met my wife Shawna here at Mauldin. I then attended and played lacrosse at North Greenville University before transferring to Winthrop University. At Winthrop, I received my Bachelors degree in History in 2018 and Masters in Secondary Social Studies Education in 2019. Previously in my career I have coached Men's lacrosse at Clover High School for five years, and taught at Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, SC. 

When we aren't teaching or coaching, my wife and I love to go to Lake Conestee park, walk our dogs Wylie and Bean, play card games, and root for the New York Sports teams. We also welcomed our son Arthur on May 1st, 2025, and are expecting another baby boy this Fall 2026. I am excited to meet you all and have a great year. Go Mavs!
