Hello everyone, my name is Jeremy Dodd and I am truly excited to be your Aerospace Technology Instructor at the new CTE Innovation Center!
I am a 20-year Air Force veteran and FAA certificated Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and an associate’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology. I have a broad background in tactical aircraft maintenance working with F-15, F-35, and A-10 aircraft, as well as the 2023 “Coolest thing made in South Carolina”… The F-16 Viper!
I look forward to working alongside the students as we explore all things aerospace, including; theory of flight, engineering concepts, maintenance discipline, and flight operations. The project-based curriculum will help reinforce that knowledge, and students will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience designing, building, and flying their own creations!
