Hello everyone!  My name is Mrs. Cindy Whittemore.  This is my 38th year as an educator with most of those years spent in a middle school classroom.  I am certified, highly qualified, and technology proficient through the standards set by the South Carolina Department of Education.  I am honored to be your child’s English Studies teacher and to be a small part of his or her educational journey!!

I am married to David Whittemore and we celebrated 27 years of marriage this summer! We have a son, Matthew, that graduated from Presbyterian College in 2023 and lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia!  We live in Easley and are huge supporters of our community and Clemson Tigers! This is where you will find us on Saturdays when Clemson plays at home!  When Clemson is playing away and I am in town, you can find me at Robinson's Department Store in downtown Easley! I love designing the windows and helping customers find the perfect outfit and accessories for any ocassion!  

In my spare time, you will typically find me behind a book, shopping, or involved in a house project that gets on my husband’s nerves.  Ha!  I look forward getting to know each of you personally as we learn more about each other this year!
