Grading Scale:             Grade Components:

90-100 A                               Studies Classes: major assessments = 50%,    minor assessments = 50%

80-89 B                                Honors Classes: major assessments = 40%,    minor assessments = 60%      

70-79 C

60-69 D

50-59 F

Grading Update for All Classes

Starting this year, students grades will accurately reflect their performance in class. The grade floor advantage used in middle school will no longer apply. Additionally, the "NHI" code for missing assignments will not longer apply. Grades will count toward students’ high school transcripts, so consistent effort and communication with teachers are key.
