Welcome to Mrs. Murphy's 3rd grade class!

I am so excited for this new school year to begin and to get to know every student. The thing I am most excited for this year is the class environment becoming like a family. Just a little information about me, my favorite subject is science because I love all things nature. I just got married in May 2025 to my husband who I met at Clemson University, where we both went to college. I love learning new hobbies; some of my favorite hobbies I have learned over the past couple years are crocheting, indoor rock climbing, training for races, and painting. I have been a reader since elementary school and love discovering new books. My favorite book is "The Women" By Kristin Hannah, a historical fiction novel. I love every genre of book, but thoroughly enjoy fictional stories. I am pumped for this school year to begin and to see the growth and development of every student in my class!
