Mrs. Dixon

Hello! My name is Eve Dixon, and I am thrilled to be a Pelham Road All Star!

I was born in Muncie, Indiana, and moved to Seneca, South Carolina, when I was in the sixth grade. I attended Seneca Middle School and Seneca High School before earning my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Winthrop University.

In 2006, I began my teaching career in the Anderson School District. In 2008, I married my high school sweetheart, and we moved to Columbia, South Carolina, where I spent the next five wonderful years teaching and growing as an educator.

In 2010, I completed my Master’s Degree in Divergent Learning and moved to Greenville, SC, where I began teaching second grade at AJ Whittenberg Elementary School. In 2015, we welcomed our son, William, who will be in fifth grade this year.

I have always known I wanted to be a teacher even as a young student, I found school exciting and fun. My passion is helping every child feel comfortable, valued, and successful in the classroom.

This year marks my 21st year of teaching, and I couldn’t be more excited to get the school year rolling! I look forward to partnering with you and getting to know your child and your family as we journey through second grade together.
