Coach James

I am beginning my 5th year as an educator and coach at Greenland School District and my 7th year working in education. I earned my B.S. in Education from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas. I earned my M. Ed. in educational leadership from Arkansas State University. I began my educational career in 2012 at Dardanelle High School in Dardanelle, Arkansas as an assistant baseball coach. I then worked at Strong High School in Strong, Arkansas where I was the high school EAST facilitator, seventh grade social studies teacher, assistant football and basketball coach, as well as the head girls track coach. Next, I went to work for the Clarendon-Holly Grove School District in Clarendon, Arkansas, where I taught science, social studies, EAST, health, and physical education. I served as an assistant coach in football, and was the head baseball coach. I now serve Greenland High School as the EAST facilitator, head softball coach, assistant junior high football, and assistant junior high basketball coach. I am excited to get to work with this year's students! As a proud member of the Pirate family, I am looking forward to an outstanding 2020-2021 school year. Go Lady Pirates and Pirates! #HoistTheColors #ALLmeansALL
