United Way Combined Giving Campaign

Dear colleagues,

For many in our community, the everyday challenges of life are overwhelming. Their worlds seem impossible to manage. In a time of need, everyone should have someone they can turn to for help. Together, we can be that help.  

United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County has always had one simple purpose: help people live better lives. United Way mobilizes people to action so that all can thrive. Each year, thousands of corporate partners, donors, volunteers, and local nonprofits work together for lasting change in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha counties.  

The School District of Greenfield supports the 2024 United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County Community Campaign.  The pledge window will run from November 4-22.  Please consider a donation during our 2024 United Way Campaign.

There are 3 ways to give:

3. Complete a paper pledge form (located in your school's main office) and submit to Debbie Ehemann at CO by November 22.  If received by November 8, you'll be entered for a chance to win a prize - see below for more details.

This year’s United Way campaign will be hosted in the Give at Work platform by StratusLIVE. New system, same pledging process! People who have participated in previous years’ campaigns will already be familiar with the steps to pledge online: 

• Choose your payment method! Select from multiple payment methods including credit card, stock transfer, and donor advised fund. Or request an invoice to be sent in the mail. 

• Designate your pledge! Direct your gift to the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County’s Community fund, one of our key initiatives and strategies, and/or any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of your choice. 

• Get involved! Leadership Level donors can connect with like-minded individuals in the community that are passionate about creating change by joining our Donor Networks.

United Way's Give and Win Sweepstakes deadline, which is Friday, Nov. 8th at 5pm.  If you use a paper pledge form, it is very important to submit it to Debbie Ehemann by Friday, November 8 at noon. Otherwise the pledge cannot be entered into the sweepstakes.

The District is running its own incentive for pledges submitted by Friday, November 8.  All employees who make a pledge by Friday, November 8 will be eligible for:

1. 4 tickets to any Milwaukee Admirals AHL regular season game at the UW-Milwaukee Panther arena, or

2. 2 Marcus Theatres-Movie Tavern movie passes (expiration date - December 31, 2025).
