Selecting a PCP

Employees on the District's health plan must select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) under the Nexus ACO plan.  This is a requirement, and if a PCP isn't selected one will be assigned and indicated on the insurance card.  Please refer to the document below for additional information and instructions.
