Graduation Checklist

  • DO:

    1. Take care of your graduation gown and stole

    2. Arrive at specified time and dressed for the ceremony in cap, gown, tassel, stole, and correct under-gown attire and shoes. No senior will be permitted to march unless he/she is dressed appropriately for the ceremony.

    3. Participate in graduation practices. Graduation practice is required to participate in the graduation ceremony.

  • Don't:

    1. Wear any of the following:

Jeans, pajamas, sweat pants or joggers, shorts, flip flops, house shoes or slides.

    1. Alter your cap, gown, stole, tassel, or with writing, decorations, drawings, etc.

    2. Don't be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any senior who is under the influence or appear to be under the influence will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony. Seniors can be pulled from the line up at any time; this is at the discretion of the senior sponsor and/or an administrator.

    3. No cell phones. Leave in car and arrange for parents/guests to meet in pre-determined location after the ceremony.
