Find your class and select an activity for the day. Go at your own pace and feel free to be innovative with fitness ideas.

Here is a British P.E. instructor that does daily workouts from home with no equipment needed!
Make sure you designate an area that is safe for movement and comfortable for your work out
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
Hydrate before and after activities
Yoga mats are recommended for workouts. Please let me know if you need to borrow one, we have some extras at GHS
Count the number of beats in 15 seconds, and multiply by four. That's your heart rate.
Measure your pulse at the beginning (resting pulse) and at the end of an activity. (You can use a Fitbit or smart watch to help you)
Record your Heart Beat throughout the days
