It is super easy to apply for a public library card through Jefferson-Madison Regional Library!
All you have to do is print and fill out the library card application linked below. If you need help with printing, please see Ms. Adkins in the library. Once you have filled out the form, you must take it to the JMRL-Greene Branch with a form of picture ID.
-Note: The library requires proof of address on IDs in order to issue a library card. They will accept a student ID, but you must still bring proof of address.
