Droplet: Greene County Schools' Digital Forms Platform
Welcome to Droplet
Greene County Schools is committed to improving efficiency, reducing paperwork, and creating streamlined processes for all employees. To support these goals, we are implementing Droplet as our district's official digital forms platform. Beginning this school year, district federal forms will be completed, submitted, routed for approval, and stored electronically through Droplet.
What is Droplet?
Droplet is a secure, cloud-based workflow platform that replaces paper forms and manual approval processes with digital forms and automated routing. Instead of printing, signing, scanning, or emailing documents, employees can complete forms online from any computer or mobile device. Once submitted, forms are automatically routed to the appropriate individuals for review and approval.
Why is Greene County Schools using Droplet?
Droplet helps us
Eliminate paper forms
Reduce processing time
Improve communication during the approval process
Track the status of submitted forms
Maintain secure electronic records
Increase efficiency and accountability
Ensure documentation is organized and audit-ready
By moving to a digital process, employees can spend less time completing paperwork and more time supporting students.
What Forms Will Be Available?
Over time, Greene County Schools will transition district forms to Droplet. Examples include:
Federal Programs forms
Federal Stipend requests
Professional development requests
Program documentation
Budget and reimbursement forms
Additional district forms as they become available
As new forms are added, employees will receive communication and guidance.
