Once grades have been posted, the process to change a grade becomes a multi-step process.
Obtain administrator approval and have administrator contact the Data Center. Request must be made in writing.
The grading window for a teacher will be reopened for a specific amount of time to update the grade book and repost final grades.
Contact the Data Center once the grades have been updated and reposted.
A new report card will be generated if requested.
GCMS/GCHS/GECHS
Obtain administrator approval and have administrator contact the Data Center. Request must be in writing.

Contact the Data Center once the grades have been updated and reposted.
Complete the Grade Change Form (see below). Have administration sign this and send to the Data Center.
A new report card will be generated if requested.
