Change a final grade once stored

Once grades have been stored, the process to change a grade becomes a multi-step process.

1. Make the necessary changes in your gradebook.
2. Obtain administrator approval and have administrator contact the Data Center for processing. Request must be made in writing. A new report card will be generated if requested.

GCMS/GCHS

Once grades have been stored, the process to change a grade becomes a multi-step process.

1. Make the necessary changes in your gradebook.
2. Complete the Grade Change Form (see below).
3. Obtain administrator approval and have administrator forward completed for to the Data Center for processing. A new report card will be generated if requested.
