Check your resources: Make sure to have all the materials you need, and look back through everything as you review.
Make a plan: Prioritize your most difficult subjects. Don't forget to give yourself breaks to stretch & move. Use a timer or alerts on your phone to keep you on schedule, but don't get distracted by games or other apps!
Talk it out: Studying with friends can be more fun, and explaining or summarizing what you learned can help you remember it more deeply. Sharing resources with a study group can also be a helpful way to prepare for an assessment.
Eat, Sleep, Repeat: Rest and brain food are the best way to fuel your studying. Memory consolidation happens during deep sleep. Make time to get enough sleep, make healthy eating choices and stay hydrated.
