Goal: To find “What Helps Us” to calm, connect, or cope in healthy ways.

  • It’s about ways that help us cope with the three big emotions; anger, sadness, and worry.

  • We want to help others identify the strengths and practices that are helping them.

  • Explore new strengths that can help when we feel Big Emotions, and build relationships to help us grow
