FFA

The National FFA Organization is a school-based youth organization that builds leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. Formerly known as the Future Farmers of America, it connects over 1 million student members across local chapters in the United States and its territories.

Core Components

• Classroom Instruction: Learning the science and business of agriculture from certified teachers.

• Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE): Gaining practical work experience through entrepreneurship, research, or job placement.

• Leadership & Competitions: Participating in Career Development Events (CDEs) and Leadership Development Events (LDEs).
