When I am not in the classroom and learning new math, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Our family loves all things Kentucky! #goCATS My husband loves to fish and plays the banjo. My daughter is a percussionist and will be starting her first year teaching K-4 Music in Winchester/Clark County this fall.

I enjoy learning to watercolor, cooking, snow days, gardening/canning in the summer and reading. My reading goal this year is to read 12 books from 12 different book stores. My favorite read so far of 2026 is Theo of Golden. The characters are easy to relate to and the stories remind us that we can all take a moment to see others, to be encouragers.
