About Me
My name is Sara Tucker, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Green County High School. I have spent my career in education serving students, families, and educators in a variety of roles, including math teacher, middle school principal, high school principal, etc. Each of these experiences has shaped my belief that strong relationships, high expectations, and a positive culture are at the heart of a successful school.
My name is Sara Tucker, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Green County High School. I have spent my career in education serving students, families, and educators in a variety of roles, including math teacher, middle school principal, high school principal, etc. Each of these experiences has shaped my belief that strong relationships, high expectations, and a positive culture are at the heart of a successful school.
I am excited to be a Green County Dragon and to work alongside our students, staff, families, and community. My goal is for GCHS to be a place where students feel known, supported, challenged, and proud to belong. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Todd, and our daughter, Zoe. I love traveling, hiking, fitness, and spending time with family.
