WELCOME
Mr. Judd - Virtual Academy Instructor
The goal of Mr. Edwards and I in the Virtual Academy is to help all students succeed and excel in order to graduate in a timely manner. Every student's path is different, but all are important. It is our goal is to make sure students in the VA are set up for success in the next phase of their life post-high school.
ABOUT ME This will be my sixth year in the district. I have three years of experience at Taylor Co. Middle School, where I have taught Writing, Reading, and Technology, but I'm most proud of starting their video production program. I also coached boys basketball one season while at TCMS.
Outside of school, I continue to work in film production, producing and directing music videos, commercials, and other projects. I enjoy bringing these experiences to the classroom to inspire students to see what they can accomplish, even if they are from or live in a small town.
I have two boys, Braxton (16) and Colin (11), who attend Green County schools. Both boys play basketball and baseball. Braxton is into video games and scary movies. Colin loves football and hunting. My wife, Ashlie, is a Nurse Practitioner at Taylor Regional Oncology. In December 2024, we welcomed our daughter, Rowan, who loves the "sticky icky bubble gum song and "bubba c!"
