Hello! I'm so excited to kick off another school year at GCMS!
This year marks my tenth year teaching 7th and 8th grade GSP (Geometry, Statistics, and Probability). I graduated from Campbellsville University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and am certified to teach grades 5–12. In 2019, I earned a Master of Arts in School Guidance Counseling, and soon after, completed my Rank I in School Counseling. I live here in Green County with my husband, Seth, and our three daughters - Caroline, Georgia and Rosie. We love being part of this community and are grateful to be raising our girls here.
My goal is to help students build confidence in math while developing the problem-solving skills they can use far beyond the classroom. I strive to create a learning environment where every student feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to do their best each day. I value open communication and believe that parents and teachers make the best team when it comes to student success. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever have questions or concerns. I look forward to a wonderful school year and all that we'll accomplish together!
