Hello,
My name is Adam Shirley and I am entering my first year as assistant principal at Green County Middle School. I previously taught Social Studies (World History, US History, AP Human Geography, Integrated Social Studies) and Special Education.
My wife, Amanda and I have been married for 13 years. We have one daughter, Lydia (7). I graduated from Metcalfe County High School in 2006. I obtained my Bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University where I doubled majored in History/Social Studies Education. I obtained my Master's degree from the University of the Cumberlands in Special Education. I earned my Rank 1 from Western Kentucky University in Instructional Leadership - School Principal (K-12).
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to church, watching sports (UK, Cubs, Bengals), and working on our "baby farm".
