Below are some brief library reminders and a NEW procedure change for all staff.

CB ALERT!!!
All student passwords were re-set to student birthdays--- two digits for day, month, and year!
Example-- December 8, 2005 would be 12082005
*****Student will then be promoted to create their new password.****
Student "SecurlyPass" Library Reminder:
Scholars may join us during any of their "free" times (study halls, lunches, SAS/Advisements) by making an appointment pass (APPT in SecurlyPass) at least 30 minutes in advance of when they'd like to join us.
If you are sending a student out of class to the library for any reason, any staff member can make a TEACHER pass or the student can make a NOW pass to join us.

NEW Loaner Procedures!
If a scholar forgets their chromebook for the day, they may pickup a loaner from the library to use for the day.
Please have the student make a NOW pass or write a teacher pass before sending them down.
Take a look at the "library" folder on your Classlink page for a plethora of resources, including the Scholastic magazines pictured below: all accessible online!

Finally, a quick round of "who can help me when....?"
The library/librarian can help when:
My student has forgotten their password
My student has broken their chromebook and needs a new one OR they need a loaner for the day
Scholars need help logging into their infinite campus OR they've forgotten their password
Anyone is having trouble locating any resources available on their Classlink pages
You need help locating the Staff Hub, Subscribing to the activities calendar, or need to locate resources of any kind.
Tech Support (x2222) can help when:
An adult/staff member is having trouble logging into their computer.
An adult needs infinite campus assistance
A staff member needs their computer serviced or needs to request a new device.
A staff member is having trouble logging into the apps on their Classlink page
You are having trouble using your "Lightspeed" software to monitor student chromebook usage in your classroom.
