Newer Apple Devices will let you scan a document into a PDF in Notes. Here's a Video.
On Android Devices you should be able to take a picture of a document and save it directly to your Google Drive
We suggest "Photo Scan" App (Available on Android and Apple Devices) to take pictures of pictures that will remove glare.
