"The only thing that you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library." - Albert Einstein
The mission of the Great Neck North High School library is to provide a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that empowers students to pursue their academic, personal, and lifelong learning goals. We aim to foster a culture of curiosity and critical thinking by offering access to a diverse range of quality resources, both physical and digital, that support the curriculum, encourage independent research, and promote a love of reading. Our library is committed to promoting information literacy and digital citizenship, helping students to navigate the complex landscape of information, media, and technology. We strive to collaborate with teachers and students to support and enhance their educational experiences, and to be an active participant in the school community.
