Breakfast is complimentary at the hotel, and our lunches during the conference are catered.
There is a required team dinner after Day 1 of the conference. Please consult your Outlook Calendar invitation for dinner location and time.
Regular coffee and sweet/salty snacks will be on the 5th floor for the group throughout the week.
Note: Please be mindful that the beverages and snacks on the 3rd floor are for the in-office employees only. For specialty coffee needs, Bluestone Lane and Compass Coffee are within walking distance from the office.
Our conference will be held on the 5th floor conference room of the Great Minds DC office, within walking distance of the hotel. You will receive badges in the lobby of 55 M St SE that will allow you to enter and exit the building on the morning of Day 1.
