The Administrative Assistant for the Nurse-Family Partnership program manages referrals across multiple databases, verifies Medicaid eligibility, processes Medicaid billing and maintains accurate client records. This role requires inputting program data into web-based systems, preparing reports, attending team meetings and state data calls, and supporting nurses by tracking forms and coordinating client transfers. Key responsibilities include sending welcome letters, organizing materials, handling clerical functions, and training new staff on proper documentation procedures, all while ensuring compliance with program guidelines. This position also includes administrative tasks for the organization as needed and as outlined below.

Maternal Child Nurse Visitor 1 | Great Expectations | Glenwood Springs, CO

The Maternal Child Nurse Visitor I provides case management and education through home visitation for first-time pregnant women and their families from Aspen to Parachute, Colorado. Maternal Child Nurse Visitors conduct home visits from the early prenatal period to the child's second birthday. The successful candidate will have a passion for strengthening and empowering families, fostering the optimum development of children, preventing child abuse and neglect, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the community.
