We're seeking a strategic leader who brings collaborative vision, fundraising expertise, and deep commitment to equity. You'll guide a dedicated team, build community partnerships, and oversee operations while centering the voices of the families we serve.

You bring: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 3+ years nonprofit leadership with budget management, proven fundraising success, and passion for family-centered work. Bilingual skills and infant mental health knowledge highly valued.
