Every week throughout the Spring Term, Year 5 have been participating in Let's Get Cooking. They have practised different culinary techniques and made fresh, healthy dishes from scratch.

Dishes on the menu this half term have included:

  • Beef Chilli Con-Carne

  • Cottage Pie (we learnt the difference between Cottage Pie and Shepherds Pie)

  • Vegetarian Chilli

  • Vegetarian lasagne

We have all had great fun and the children have all been incredibly proud of the dishes that they have prepared and cooked.
