As a Product Test Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing test equipment for the electronic components within our Jet Suits. You will be responsible for the entire testing lifecycle, designing and implementing testing protocols and hardware to analyse data and produce detailed reports and datasheets.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop test equipment for the electronic subsystems used in the Jet Suit.

• Analyse test data then produce test reports and datasheets that document the findings and performance of the tested devices.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to enhance component designs based on the test results.

• Assist in production and maintenance of whole system documentation.

Desirable:

• Proven experience in designing and developing electronic test equipment.

• Experience writing technical documents.

There will be opportunities for you to test products and components that you have worked on. You must be comfortable working creatively amongst a fast paced development schedule within a start-up environment.

The role may be part-time or full-time. The role will initially be contract based, with a review after 6 months and potential to join the team as an employee.
