What should I bring or have when I am enrolling my student? 

• Proof of residency

• Copy of photo ID of parent/guardian

• Copy of student's social security card

• Copy of any legal document 

• Copy of birth certificate

• Copy of immunization records

• Copy of physicals 

• Copy of vision screen (preschool and kindergarten)

• Copy of dental screening (preschool and kindergarten)

• Transportation form
