I love having a lot of fun in school and especially in our classroom! I love to celebrate wonderful behavior and hard work! I also believe in having a classroom where every student feels safe, comfortable, happy and feels cared for. I want each and every student to succeed to his or her highest potential and I will do everything I can to make that happen. In order for this to happen, I make sure that I have a well-managed class. Sometimes, we don't always have our best days and that is okay! If a student does not  do what is expected, I will follow our school wide behavior plan:

Step 1: Reteach Expectations

Step 2: Stop & Think: Student will

Step 3: Stop & Go: Student will be removed from class to complete work in another classroom for 15 minutes. An uh-oh warning note will be sent home to be filled out and returned. 

Step 4: Teacher Given Consequence: Student will miss recess time. 

Step 5: Office Referral: Student will be given a white slip and sent to the office. A phone call home will be made.
