A Little About Miss Lowe

Hello! I’m Miss Lowe. I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have five children (4 boys and 1 girl), a cat named Mabu, and a puppy named Benji. My children and I live in West Valley City not far from Elk Run Elementary.

I graduated from Utah State University with a double major in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. Later, I earned my Master’s Degree from the University of Utah in Educational Studies and obtained my Level 1 and 2 Reading Endorsements. This is my fourth year teaching fifth grade at Elk Run Elementary and my twenty-seventh year in Granite School District. I love teaching and I love this school!

My interests include hiking, camping, reading, listening to music, playing the piano, spending time with family, learning new things, and teaching.
