Here are ideas to do at home that involve water:

- get a tub that you can fill with water, get tub toys or any kind of toys that can get wet and have your child play with these toys by grabbing them and throwing them back in the water
- if they take a bath have them practice kicking in the water and have them move their arms in a swimming position
- fill the sink with water and put in not breakable things for them to play with
- have them help you with the dishes so that they are working on grasping things
- if they take a shower have them put their head under the water and practice getting their head wet and doing swim strokes with their arms
