You will not be able to invite students to join a team on the TMS until you have the following completed:
Each team must have 2 coaches (if you only have one team coach, please invite Margaret, mwyau@graniteschools.org to serve as your second coach)
Each coach needs to complete their Youth Protection Plan
Each coach needs to sign the consent & release form
Summary:
Coaches/mentors will generate web links and QR codes on their Team Management dashboard to share with parents and guardians.
Parents and guardians will use the link or QR code to register their student to their team. Parents will be notified via email if their registration process is complete.
Summary:
Parents will create an account on www.firstinspires.org
They will add their student's profile information, complete a consent & release form, and attach their student to your team number.
