Granite School District Benchmarks
Each math department in Granite School District will choose how they wish to administer benchmarks during the 2021 - 2022 school year. The entire department must choose the same method for delivery, semester or quarter. Calendars are provided below.

Utah Aspire PLUS Benchmark Assessments
Utah Core Standards Benchmarks for secondary mathematics are BRIEF formative assessments available for use by Utah Secondary School educators. Appropriate use of Utah Core Standards Benchmarks includes checking for understanding, guiding educational decisions about future instruction, and providing feedback to students so they can improve performance.
Use of the Utah Core Standards Benchmarks is not required by the Utah State Board of Education; use of these formative tools is at the discretion of the Local Education Agency (LEA).
