Completed 2020-2021 ACCESS Testing Plans are due December 4, 2020.

Please complete the ACCESS Testing Plan with your administrator and emailed it to lapeterson2@graniteschools.org. You may attached the plan as a PDF or Word document or send a link to the completed Google doc. Hard copies may also be sent via district mail to Ed Equity, if needed.

December 1, 2020 - GSD Training available
January 4, 2021 - Paper testing materials arrive
January 6, 2021 - Testing window opens
February 5, 2021 - At least 50% of testing should be complete
February 26, 2021 - Testing should be complete
March 5, 2021 - Testing Window Closes; return all testing materials to Ed Equity

Training for Test Coordinators

Test Coordinators (TCs) facilitate and oversee the ACCESS testing at each school site. ALP Lead Teachers generally serve as the TC, though some schools choose to have a school administrator and/or their STS participate as a TC as well.
Required Training
Take a practice test so that you are familiar with what the students are doing online.
Review the USBE Testing Ethnics Policies
Watch the GSD Test Coordinator Training Video.
5. Complete the following WIDA Training Modules:
Accessibility Overview (12 min)
Assigning Accommodations (13 min)
Test Scheduling (19 min)
Test Practice and Test Tickets (9 min)
Administering the Test (16 min)
Monitoring Test Progress (10 min)
6. Review the FAQ Video as needed.
