I’m running for Class Officer because I want to help make CHS more fun, welcoming, and something people actually enjoy being part of. I care about making sure students feel included and excited about school events, and I want to help plan activities that bring people together and build stronger class unity. My goal if I’m elected is to increase student involvement, boost school spirit, and make sure everyone feels like their voice matters in what we do. I think I’m qualified because I’m responsible, organized, and I try to stay positive even when things get stressful. I also like working with others and hearing different ideas so I can represent what students actually want. If I’m elected, I’ll represent CHS in a positive and creative way by bringing fresh ideas, getting more students involved, and helping make school spirit something everyone can be part of. #GOCOLTS!!!

One piece of advice I have is to stay organized so things don’t pile up and get overwhelming. It also helps to stay involved in school activities or clubs, because when you feel connected it’s easier to stay motivated to show up and do your best.

Question #7: What specific qualifications do you have for your intended position?
Some qualifications I have for this position are that I’m responsible, organized, and good at working with others. I stay positive, listen to people’s ideas, and I’m willing to put in the time and effort to make school events more fun
For a school-sponsored event, I would plan a tailagate, where there would be music, games, and food to get excited before the game. And everyone LOVES free food. There could be things like a playlist, small competitions (like cornhole or relay games), and opportunities to win small prizes. Maybe could have other groups different clubs run booths or acitivites so more groups feel included. This would encourage attendance because it makes the event more than just a game but it turns it into a fun social experience where people can hang out with friends and feel part of something.
