Hi, future senior class! I am running for senior class president because I believe unity between each and every one of us is important, especially since it will our last year all together. I know that Senior year can be tough as we face pressure, burnout, and lose motivation. Because of this, its important that we all face this together. My goal is to create a community where we can all feel included and uplift one other. Not only that, I also want to create an environment where we will all feel seen, heard, and known.
I bring dedication, empathy, strong communication skills, and responsibility to the table, qualities that are needed and essential for a strong leader/class officer. Whether its through planning detailed and inclusive events, creating spaces where ideas may be shared and heard, or even being a person that people can come to, I'll work hard to represent what a true colt is at CHS through positivity and creativity. Lets make senior year a year to remember, not only as our last, but our best!

Question and Answer
What makes Cottonwood the best high school in Utah is its diversity. We have over 1,000 people in this school, yet not a single one of us is the same. Our diversity goes beyond race, gender, ethnicity, and the languages we speak. We are also diverse through how unique each and every one of us is. We all bring in unique skills, personalities, smiles, and minds that not only make us different from each other but also from every other high school in Utah. And that is what makes us Colts, the best high school (and students) in Utah.
As class officer, I believe it is important that everyone in our grade feels seen, heard, appreciated, and valued. Every one of us brings something new and unique to our class, and I want to make sure that it's recognized, not just in our grade but to the whole school. To do this, we need to create opportunities that allow everyone to speak their mind and feel included. I will ensure that through events and games, open feedback, highlighting achievements not only for academics or athleticism, but for who they are, and so much more. As senior class president, I will work hard to build a class culture where everyone matters and belongs.
