Being observant! I will observe all the people in my classes and find a way to pull people in from the outskirts. If they seem to be alone or struggling. It is important to me to reach out to everyone around me, not only my friends. I love to make sure everyone's included so no one feels left out. It is important to me that everyone feel welcomed, included, and like they are meant to be there!
