In case you dont know me, I’m Lissandro, and I’m excited to be running for our Sophomore Class Historian.
I’ve always loved capturing memories through photography, it’s something I do professionally and genuinely enjoy. But more than just taking pictures, I care about the moments behind them. High school is full of experiences that we’ll look back on for the rest of our lives, and I want to help make sure those memories are saved and shared in a way that truly represents us.
I also know that sometimes people don’t feel comfortable going to school events, or maybe don’t feel like they belong. As a historian, I don’t just want to document our year. I want to help create spaces where everyone feels welcome to show up, have fun, and be part of the memories we’re making together, both at events and at school.
Vote Lissandro to help tell our story. One photo, one memory at a time. Let’s make next year, one to remember.

Question and Answer
The thing that makes Cottonwood the best high school in Utah because of the people. The Colts community feels like a family, diverse, supportive, and always pushing each other to grow.
High school is a time where you learn, mess up, figure things out, and find your people. Here at Cottonwood, that happens. Though we come from all kinds of backgrounds, we support each other. That’s what makes Cottonwood special.
To make sure everyone feels valued, I’d focus on making people feel seen and included. I’d also work to create more ways for people to get involved, share what they’re good at, and feel great to be a part of it. Helping create spaces where everyone feels welcome. Whether you're representing in LIA, on the soccer field, or at a school activity, it should be a place where you belong.
