The reason why i am running for freshman officer is because, i love helping people with the stuff they need help with and helping people achieve their goals for school and outside of school. What i would like to achieve while in the office is my communications skills and finding new hobbies and having a opened mind for new things and stuff. How i would represent our school in a positive manner is hyping everyone to come out to our school events and showing kindness, and being a leader in and outside of school.

Question #1: What are two initiatives you will work on as a Class Officer next year if you are elected?

Communication skills and being opened minded.

Question #2: What does it mean to you to be a Colt?

What it means to me is being a part of the cottonwood family and being apart of big community.

Question #3: What is one way you would develop activities to make everyone at Cottonwood feel welcome and included in?

By making a suvery asking people want to do or do something that is in nowdays for us teens.

Question #4: What advice do you have to stay motivated with attendance and academics throughout the year?

Sometimes feeling motivated is hard sometimes. You don't need to feel motivated all of times, maybe you just need to start small.

Question #5: What are some qualities that make a great leader?

By being a good roldemodel and having a good communications level with others.

Question #6: What is a leadership quality you have and how will it help you be a good Class Officer at Cottonwood?

What i said in question 5 and love helping out with stuff,having a growth mindset and showing empathy to others. confidence and i take accountability.

By making cottonwood better and clear in speaking and strong thinking. And meeting new people.

I would like to give out a showout to Aaliyah case for being our student of the year, the reason we have choosed aaliyah for being our student of the year because having a excellent academic peformance and a perfect attendance, a strong working ethic. Being responability and reliability and a good character.

A student of the year is someone who works hard, shows respect and leads by example, makes a positive difference.
