Question #1: What makes Cottonwood the BEST high school in Utah?

Cottonwood is the best high school in Utah because of the diversity and the different backgrounds of every individual.  We learn so much from each other and learn more about the world around us than any other school because of this uniqueness. I love how close all of us can become despite how different our lives are. 

Question #2: What will you do as a class officer to make sure everyone in your grade feels valued at school? 

Getting to know as many people as I can, and checking up on these individual friendships, is the best way to make everyone in my grade feel valued. I will never know everyone in my grade, but getting to know as many peers and classmates and giving them support and kindness is one of the best ways of sharing their values. Reaching out to them outside of school and remembering what we have talked about in the past is also very important to showing them that you think about them and care about what they discuss with you.  Being a kind, trusting person is ultimately the best way to share value with those around me during my school day.
