I’m running for Communication Class Officer because I really want to help everyone at Cottonwood feel more connected and included. I think good communication is super important it helps bring people together, and I want to make sure our announcements are not just informative, but also fun and something you actually want to hear. I’d also love the chance to lead the Pledge of Allegiance each week to show respect for our country and the freedoms we have. I’m ready to be a big part of Cottonwood with my positive attitude, being responsible, creative ideas, and my excitement to represent CHS in a positive way by promoting school spirit, unity, and kindness.

Cottonwood is the best high school because of the amazing classes offered, great chance of being on a sports team, and the ethnic diversity in the school. Cottonwood offers a big variety of AP classes that allows for amazing opportunity to earn college credit and learn important skills. There is also a great chance to be on a sports team and be able to be on junior varsity or varsity. There are also a lot of different ethnic races which allows for the culture of Cottonwood to be different in a lot of ways.

Question #2: What will you do as a class officer to make sure everyone in your grade feels valued at school?
As a class officer I would help in the planning of activities to bring up ways that we can include everyone's different culture and talents this will help allow for everyone to feel included. Doing different activities that allow for everyone to fill included like, tailgate activities, cheering during games, included everyone in dances. With all these ways of including everyone the most important part will of course be a positive influence to everyone around me not being negative to classmates or others.
