Question and Answer

Question #1: What makes Cottonwood the BEST high school in Utah?

I believe that the diversity we have here among students and staff is amazing. We're always being exposed to new cultures and backgrounds that we may have known nothing about before. I also love the fact that everyone has so many opportunities! There are so many clubs and extracurricular activities that anyone can be involved in (with expectations of course). The teachers and staff here also do an amazing job of informing us about scholarship and financial aid opportunities. These all are able to give anyone attending Cottonwood a chance for success and the ability to express themselves!

Question #2: What will you do as a class officer to make sure everyone in your grade feels valued at school? 

As a class officer, I will make sure everyone feels as though they are heard and represented in respectful ways. This means making sure everyone is included in school activities like games, dances, concerts, clubs, etc. Getting the word out for certain events will never exclude anyone, everyone deserves to be part of these fun experiences. I want the students here to feel safe coming to me with any questions they may have. Not only will I try my best to be a good example for everyone, but I will also hope to make an impact that will last even after my class graduates.
