Friday 23rd September: P&G assembly- we had representatives from Procter and Gamble to launch the Head Start Programme. Students have the opportunity to work on product development for P&G and present to the executives of P&G. The Head Start programme is an excellent entry into the world of work to build key skills such as teamwork, market research and presenting skills. P&G also have an apprenticeship programme, which gives those on the Head Start programme the chance to shine prior to the apprenticeship. Year 13 also came to answer questions on their experience of developing a children's toothpaste and mouthwash for P&G last year.
